Chiang Yun, is an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee. With over 18 years of private equity investment experience, Ms. Chiang is one of the founding managing partners of Pacific Alliance Equity Partners, the private equity division of Pacific Alliance Group. Ms. Chiang is currently a Non-Executive Director of Goodbaby International Holdings Limited, listed on the Stock Exchange. Ms. Chiang obtained her Executive Master of Business Administration from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management of Northwestern University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, or Virginia Tech. Ms. Chiang was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director on October 14, 2009
